Measurement Templates
To begin your order, we need your full body measurements completed using our official templates. We provide separate forms for male and female riders, covering all the measurements our pattern makers need to build your FitFirst trial garment and, ultimately, your leather suit.
Male Template
Covers all body measurements for male riders including chest, waist, hips, seat depth, inner and outer leg, arm lengths, shoulder width, neck, and key riding position measurements. Complete this form standing upright in your riding base layer.

Female Template
Our female-specific form includes all the same core measurements with additional sections for bust, cup size, and specific proportional notes that differ in female pattern making. Designed so a female rider can complete it accurately without assistance.

Measurement Tips
Wear Your Riding Base Layer
Take all measurements wearing the thermal or moisture-wicking base layer you use under your leathers, not over street clothes.
Have a Helper
Most measurements are easiest to take with a second person holding the tape measure while you stand relaxed and upright.
Measure the Same Spot Twice
Take each measurement twice and use the larger number. Tape should be snug but not pulling tight.
Use Centimetres
All our templates use centimetres. If you only have an inch tape, note it clearly on the form and we will convert.
Include Photos
Send front, side and back photos with your form. This helps us spot any proportional nuances your measurements alone might not capture.
Note Any Previous Suit Issues
Had another brand that was too tight across the shoulders or too long in the arms? Tell us. It helps us understand your proportions before we cut anything.
