2. MADE TO MEASURE TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you have placed an order with us, we assume that you have read and understood following terms and conditions.
A custom suit/jacket is specific to you and has been made according to your personal requirements. These suits cannot be sold to anyone else, therefore, once payment is made, there is a 2 day grace period to make changes to your order or make cancellations. After that time has elapsed, changes and cancellations cannot be accommodated. However, you may have a legal right to return the suit/jacket if for instance
1. There is a fault
2. It not being made to specifications
3. It is of the wrong size to the one you have provided
We will like to highlight the fact that in the whole manufacturingprocess there are two opportunities for you to get your size right, once when you send your size measurements in the measurement template and once after you have received your fitment suit and given us feedback on it. If you are not satisfied with the fitting of the fitment suit it is your responsibility to inform us in 7 days, failing to do so will automatically start the manufacturing process for your final suit.
Delivery time for your suit is 4 to 6 weeks, however, sometimes because of circumstances not entirely in our control it may take longer. In such circumstances cannot accept responsibility or offer any refunds. If mistakes are made during production we will appreciate that you be patient and give us time to resurrect things. We deliver over 90% suits/jackets within 6-7 weeks.
Kindly note that we make suit/jacket depending on the measurement provided by you, hence, are not responsible for wrong measurements communicated by you. Costs of adjustments and alterations (which are not always possible) are to be born by the buyer.
All faults should be communicated to us within 14 days of receipt of the suit. Please retain proof of purchase and original packing in order to claim a refund and/or ordering adjustments.
